Our Role in Delivering Excellence

As the appointed Architect of Record (AOR) and construction supervision consultant, V3 played a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of this landmark project. Our contributions included:

Providing detailed progress and inspection reports to monitor construction milestones.
Identifying and resolving technical challenges or constraints during construction.
Safeguarding the interests of the Developer and Financier by ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
