General Responsibilities:

• Perform duties professionally in line with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with the Client, consultants, contractors, and project team.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports and technical documentation.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
• Provide advanced technical support, guidance, and mentorship as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor work progress, identify issues, and recommend strategic solutions to complex problems.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all construction supervision projects or packages, overseeing on-site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, local and safety egulations, budget, and timelines.
• Review and approve technical solutions, design clarifications, and method statements for all disciplines.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery and quality.
• Identify and resolve complex construction-related issues and provide expert technical advice.
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance processes, verifying that all work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Oversee material procurement and deliveries to support construction schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and assigned discipline requirements.
• Ensure that all required tests and inspections are conducted, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical evaluations, change orders, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with construction management to identify and eliminate potential hazards, safeguarding employee health and safety, and ensuring environmental compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Support project planning and scheduling activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues between project stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise junior resident engineers and assistant resident engineers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical queries, design clarifications, and site constraints.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Professional Certifications Preferred:

•  PMP(Project Management Professional)
• PE /Chartered Engineer (CEng) / Professional Engineer License
• LEED Certification (Green Building)
• Saudi Council of Engineers
• Valid Iqama (for non-Saudi)
