    The primary purpose of this role is to lead, supervise, and coordinate all electrical activities across projects,<\/p>\n

    ensuring compliance with Saudi codes, project requirements, and applicable standards. The Electrical Engineer<\/p>\n

    provides technical leadership, mentors junior staff, drives quality, constructability, and ensures the timely delivery of all<\/p>\n

    works. All responsibilities shall be performed in alignment with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.<\/p>\n

    General Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    • Perform duties professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate effectively with Clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.<\/li>\n
    • Oversee project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor work progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n
    • Lead design and construction coordination meetings and workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Technical Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Lead and manage the design review, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes (SBC), MOMRA regulations, Saudi Highway Codes (SHC),<\/li>\n
      • SEC, NWC, and other relevant standards.<\/li>\n
      • Review and approve shop drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.<\/li>\n
      • Supervise and verify the execution of works on site, ensuring adherence to approved designs,<\/li>\n
      • specifications, and QA\/QC standards…<\/li>\n
      • Oversee design verification for MV and LV cable infrastructure and distribution boards.<\/li>\n
      • Identify, evaluate, and resolve design conflicts, non-conformance issues, and discrepancies in collaboration<\/li>\n
      • with project teams and authorities.<\/li>\n
      • Support permitting processes, including review of required regulatory documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Additional Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        • Provide technical presentations, progress updates, and recommendations to project management and clients.<\/li>\n
        • Lead internal audits and support external audits for the project.<\/li>\n
        • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for design and construction processes.<\/li>\n
        • Foster knowledge sharing, professional development, and team-building activities.<\/li>\n
        • Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by the line manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC), MOMRA, SHC, SEC, NWC, and relevant standards.<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge and previous experience in a 5-star hotel.<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge of infrastructure and luxury buildings’ electrical systems.<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge of project management, team leadership, mentoring, and coordination.<\/li>\n
          • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n
          • Saudi Council of Engineers<\/li>\n
