Job Description:

•  Review technical submittals from the contractor, including BIM Models and shop drawings, BIM Management plans.

• Manage, monitor and control the BIM model development of the Contractor.

• Ensure compliance of the BIM submittals with project specifications and approved Design documents.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve technical and site issues.

• Monitor the progress and quality of the BIM models.

• Review and comment on contractor’s requests for information (RFIs) and technical queries.

• Ensure that the shop drawings on-site align with the latest approved BIM.

• Maintain proper documentation and records related to BIM supervision.

• Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
