Job Description:
- Review technical submittals from the contractor, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements,and samples.
- Manage site team and provide them with technical support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance of works with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with all engineering disciplines to resolve engineering and site issues.
- Monitor the progress and quality of the executed works on site.
- Manage the site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities related to all disciplines.
- Manage the review and comment on contractor’s requests for information (RFIs) and technical queries.
- Ensure that work executed on-site aligns with the approved construction schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to all disciplines.
- Attend/Chair coordination and progress meetings as required.
- Revewing the contractor’s interim payment certificates.
