Job Description:

• Review technical submittals from the contractor, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and samples.

• Manage site inspectors and provide them with technical support and guidance.

• Ensure compliance of landscape and hardscape works with project specifications and approved drawings.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues.

• Monitor the progress and quality of landscape/hardscape installations on site.

• Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities related to landscape/hardscape works.

• Review and comment on contractor’s requests for information (RFIs) and technical queries.

• Ensure that work executed on-site aligns with the approved construction schedule.

• Maintain proper documentation and records related to landscape/hardscape supervision.

• Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.
