Light Industries Area located at north of Jeddah (Asfan Zone). The project aims to establishing a zone of workshops and light industries area at Asfan as a substitute for Nozha area (south of the KAIA airport in Jeddah). Area of the project is 5 million square meters divided into 4 phases of construction. The total built up area of phase 1 is more than 200,000 m².

V3 ME scope included the design services of all disciplines, including grading, underground utilities, transportation network, site development, as well as full interdisciplinary architecture and engineering design services of all buildings.

Additionally, V3 ME was also responsible for liaising with agencies related to the permits and utility NOCs and performed construction supervision services of all construction activities onsite until handover of facilities to tenants.
