The first movie theater / entertainment center in Saudi Arabia. Gross area: 360 square meters. One story building, modern design broken into two masses, each signifying an important feature of the functions inside. The lower mass houses the theater hall, which provides seating for 50 people, and the taller mass houses the reception hall, souvenir shop, queuing lane and WCs.

The building is situated in a park setting near the water in KAEC and in close vicinity of the Bay La Sun Hotel and designed to be seen from all different angles.

The design services provided for the project include full Architectural, Civil, Landscaping, Structural, Acoustics, and MEP.
