The KAEC Movie Theater is Saudi Arabia’s first entertainment center, featuring a 360 m², one-story building with modern design split into two functional masses. The theater accommodates 50 seats, while the reception, souvenir shop, and facilities occupy the taller mass. Situated in a park setting near the Bay La Sun Hotel, V3 ME provided full architectural, civil, structural, MEP, acoustics, and landscaping design services.
