Durrat Arriyadh Real Estate Development Company intends to complete the design and construct of a 5-star hotel resort and spa project in the Durrat Arriyadh Northern area of Riyadh, K.S.A. The first stage of the project comprises of a 150-room 5-star hotel, as well as a luxury spa and 10 villas that will be considered as part of the hotel development. The second stage of this project comprises of a banquet hall for 2,000 people, another 18 villas, and the completion of a fishrestaurant along a man-made lake.
