Overview
The project is an Aramex Build to Suite (BTS) Warehouse facility by LogiPoint and is located in the Jeddah City in the close neighborhood with the Jeddah Islamic Port.
The plot of land has an area of about 32,000 m² having a built up area of a 20,000 m² inclusive of office space of 2500 m².
The building is a PEB type with top innovative and efficient MEP systems.
