The project is an Aramex Build to Suite (BTS) Warehouse facility by LogiPoint and is located in Jeddah City in a close neighborhood with the Jeddah Islamic Port.
The plot of land has an area of about 32,000 m², having a built-up area of 20,000 m², inclusive of office space of 2500 m².
The building is a PEB type with top innovative and efficient MEP systems.
