The site has a detention dam and 274 wells. The purpose of this task order is to undertake condition surveys on the dam and the wells and provide a report detailing the current condition of the assets and recommendation for any proposed remediation that might be required.

Dam Survey
The assessment includes the dam and all ancillary structures and features, including the spillway, outlet channel, outlet headwall, downstream groynes etc. Conduct a walk over, visual inspection of the dam and complete the enclosed Dam Assessment Checklist. Photograph identified defects in detail. Assess the structural stability of the dam and foundations and make recommendations for any remedial work.

Well Survey
Survey the location and determine the drill depth of each well. Conduct a visual inspection of each well including all civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control features and equipment, including an estimate of the remaining service life of all components. Determine the name of installation contractor for each well. Photograph each major component of each well: civil works, pipes, pumps, switch-gear, control systems etc. Conduct pump testing to establish the supply capacity of each well.
