This project involves condition surveys of a detention dam and 274 wells, assessing their current status and providing recommendations for remediation. The dam survey includes visual inspections of the dam, spillway, outlet structures, and foundations to evaluate stability and identify defects. The well survey covers location, depth, civil, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including pump testing and service-life assessment of all components. Comprehensive reports with photographs and recommendations are prepared for both the dam and wells.
