Overview
The SACC Staff Housing Compound has two districts – North and South on a 1.25 million m² plot near KKIA airport in Riyadh, KSA. The project includes around 90 residential buildings as well as all commercial, utility, medical, civil defense, religious, and sports facilities required to support the residents of this community that total 22,000 at full occupancy.
V3 ME performed complete existing condition surveys, master planning, grading, underground utilities (power, water, firefighting, storm water, sewer, and data/telecom networks), transportation network, site development, as well as full interdisciplinary architecture and engineering design services of all buildings. V3 ME was also responsible for liaising with relevant agencies related to the permits and utility NOCs.
Additionally, V3 ME provided bid stage services related to contractor pre-qualification, package tendering, and bid analysis and recommendation of various construction packages.
