Zahid Business Park is a modern, multi-use complex located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It serves as the headquarters for the diverse Zahid Group conglomerate and houses several subsidiary businesses. The park features innovative architecture, with sustainable design elements like integrated solar energy solutions. The Zahid Business Park is designed to centralize operations and foster a sense of community and collaboration within the Group’s various companies.

All required master planning, infrastructure design, and studies required to seek statutory approvals and subsequent infrastructure construction approval were performed by V3 Middle East. Challenges on the project included seeking approval for the business park as a gated community within a wider master plan as well as completing the necessary formalities for land acquisition by the Ministry of Transport for their right of way use along the western front of the plot.
