Resident Engineer

Review technical submittals from the contractor, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements,and samples.
Manage site team and provide them with technical support and guidance.
Ensure compliance of works with project specifications and approved drawings.
Coordinate with all engineering disciplines to resolve engineering and site issues.
Monitor the progress and quality of the executed works on site.
Manage the site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities related to all disciplines.
Manage the review and comment on contractor’s requests for information (RFIs) and technical queries.
Ensure that work executed on-site aligns with the approved construction schedule.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to all disciplines.
Attend/Chair coordination and progress meetings as required.
Revewing the contractor’s interim payment certificates.
