Architect Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

–  Design and develop architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and timeline.

–  Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop design proposals that meet functional, aesthetic, and
regulatory standards.

–  Utilize advanced software and design tools to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations for client review and approval.

–  Submit regular progress reports, documenting key milestones, challenges, and solutions as per the Client's requirements.

–  Proactively identify and resolve design and construction issues, recommending efficient solutions to minimize time and cost impacts.

–  Review and approve contractor submittals, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

–  Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to integrate innovative design concepts and sustainable solutions into architectural
projects.

Requirements:

–  Bachelor’s degree or more in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

–  Minimum of 6 of experience in the field of architectural engineering, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment.

–  Excellent knowledge of engineering systems, technologies, principles, codes, and practices.

–  Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions with detail-oriented analytical approach.

–  Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

–  Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

–  Excellent English Language skills.

–  Willingness to relocate, if required.

–  Must have a Valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant).

–  Must have a Valid and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
