Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in FMCG industrial projects to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience on Greenfield projects, preferably in the dairy sector, and a solid track record in engineering consultancy or general contracting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of FMCG industrial projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Lead Greenfield projects, overseeing the entire process from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international construction regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee contract management, procurement, and budgeting processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, including details on project scope, consultants, owners, timelines, and specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in FMCG industrial construction.
• Experience working in engineering consultancy or general contracting.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in KSA is a plus.
• Experience in dairy projects is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in Greenfield projects is essential.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Candidates must provide details of previous projects, including project names, consultants, owners, sizes, types, and timelines.
• Must be SCE Certified (Professional or Consultant).
• Must have a Valid and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
