Overview
The Light Industries Area in Asfan, north Jeddah, is a 5 million m² industrial zone developed in four phases as a replacement for the Nozha area. Phase 1 covers over 200,000 m² of built-up area. V3 ME provided full interdisciplinary design, site development, utilities, and transportation planning, managed permits and utility approvals, and supervised construction until handover to tenants.
