Hejaz Gate, the main entrance to King Abdullah Economic City near the Haramain Rail Station, features a contemporary design aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The project includes a canopy, security booths, administrative buildings, and advanced MEP and access control systems. Despite fabrication and technical challenges, the gate was recognized as the Best Security Public Assembly Project by Intersec in 2018.
