The SACC Staff Housing Compound in Riyadh spans 1.25 million m² and includes 90 residential buildings along with commercial, medical, religious, and recreational facilities for 22,000 residents. V3 ME provided full master planning, interdisciplinary design, site development, utilities, and transportation infrastructure, as well as permitting support. The scope also included bid-stage services, contractor pre-qualification, tendering, and construction package recommendations.
