The World Academy (TWA) is a state-of-the-art learning facility situated in the heart of King Abdullah Economic City. This educational facility was purpose built with a vision that bright spaces create bright minds. The design encourages universal design compliance, including natural lighting, skylight structures, terraces, arcades and meets high standards of regionally sustainable practices.

TWA has a built-up area of 10,500 sqm., a capacity of 1,300 students and includes 52 classrooms, a digital planetarium, an auditorium, an achievement and special needs centre, a teacher centre, a life skills and entrepreneurship centre, and a college facility. The interior provides students with several huddle spaces integrated within the public areas and themed segregation of various areas. IoT was a critical part of construction with a focus on providing an advanced and integrated IT infrastructure that supports digital learning.
