Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to lead, develop, review, implement, and continuously improve our Quality Management System in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management principles and practices, problem-solving, and process improvement, ensuring that our organization consistently meets regulatory requirements and delivers high-quality products and services. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, conduct audits, manage risks, and train staff on quality principles.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and other applicable industry standards.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product/service quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Oversee the non-conforming material process, including investigation, resolution, and implementation of corrective measures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and assessments and prepare documentation to support audit findings and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management principles, practices, and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management within an engineering consultancy environment, leading QMS initiatives and maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing quality teams, with effective communication and interpersonal skills across teams, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Implementer is a must. Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, ASQ or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Membership in CQI and IRCA is an asset.
  • Excellent English Language Skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
